About Tracey
Dream Pursue Grow Support is led by Tracey, an experienced NDIS professional with a strong background in support coordination, special education, case management and working alongside people with complex needs.
Her background includes more than 26 years in teaching, case management and leadership in special education settings, together with extensive experience supporting children, young people, families and multidisciplinary teams.
This experience shapes a practice that is calm, practical and deeply person-centred, with a strong focus on collaboration, respectful communication and building supports that genuinely work in everyday life.
